I contacted Crystal at Relax Consulting for some help developing a business plan. I had imagined she would help me format a bit and just make my sentences flow together but the end result was nothing short of amazing. In fact, I cannot even tell you how overjoyed I am with the presentation. She was more than prompt--returning it to me in less than 24 hours--professional and understanding of the changes I was hoping for. I gave her a small idea of what I was looking for and she provided me clarity and direction that I didn't anticipate having. On top of all of that, her professionalism and ease to work with were unmatched.
